Thors comment:
"When I went through my boxes in the loft with rejected pots, to let myself be inspired for this edition, I found this special pot with cut and bent corners. Once rejected because it was glazed on the inside. Inside glazing is still seen by some that consideres it unsuitable for bonsai, but having personally discussed this with Japanese potters in 2017, I now know that in Japan it is considered unnecessary, but no problem."

THOR ABOUT THE EDITION - "Straight Up
"When I started with bonsai pottery, I had the idea of making very clean and straight shapes in black and white. Before this edition, I opened the boxes of my first works that I still have, once rejected for sale because of the thickness of the walls - to get inspiration. It was a fond reunion. Some of them are included here in this edition. The theme is straight walls - no lips . Straight up."
