Thors comment:
"This pot is a fusion of three different trademark designs. The shape is "Gotham", a design I came up with after visiting New York in 2017. The decor under the rim is "Borg" (the Castle) and the imprint of the Viking coin I call "Sigill" (the seal). The pot is made in the Swedish "Fyle" clay. A local clay from southern Sweden whose source is now unfortunately empty and is no longer on the market. My saved stock of Fyle clay is unfortunatly dying and I'm as sparing as much as I can with it as I love its natural tone."

"As I will now have two exhibitions in Tokyo in November, this means that I have to talk about my art and in some way define who I am and what I do for the japanese public. Then the question arises, "What am I bringing to the bonsai world?" In the preparations for this, it came naturally that I summed up and crystallized some of the designs that that has been borned along my journey. My Trademark designs. The Skull, Borg, Gotham, Skull corner, Nidhögg, Yggdrasil, Sigill and Kings corner among others. They are all still evolving and are all unique, built from slabs and coils."
